is an experience design studio, music label, & research lab comprised of a complex network of artists, developers, experience designers, musicians, & writers dispersed both geographically and temporally. we operate like a community garden with a open source toolkit driven process that helps our network and clients grow. Our narrative based approach with a strong emphasis on new technology and performance gives us th space to create future identities and platforms that takes shape across the full spectrum of culture and media.

Framing our work as conversations about systems. Design and design business has also evolved from the design of objects both physical and immaterial, to the design of systems, to the design of complex adaptive systems. This evolution is shifting the role of designers and developers; they are no longer the central planner, but rather participants within the systems they exist in. This is a fundamental shift— one that requires a form of firm with a new set of values.

We are information architects, the essence of our architecture isn’t about the built environment. It’s about people and relationships. Architecture gives form to the ways we work, reflects the realities we construct and creates new spaces and interfaces for pursuing human potential, from the digital to the physical.
